I wrote The Upward ARC for you. Founders, C-suite, board members, executives, busy people. People who run hard and plan to keep running into their 60s and 70s.

I am a doctor, MD and DDS. I have also worked 60-hour weeks and raised three kids, and watched my own health slide while I told myself that later would come. It didn’t. Later just got renamed.

The hard part now is the volume. Twenty years of longevity research, ten thousand podcasts, a supplement for every fear. Most of it is theatre. Some of it is wrong. And the people selling it loudest have never read a study or treated a patient.

My job is the edit. Each week, I take one topic, read the real science, and tell you the few things worth doing and the rest you can stop. Sleep. Movement. Protein. Recovery. The relationships that matter. I sort it into three pillars: Activate, Recover, Capacity. That is the Upward ARC.
